We have had such a fun day in Daisy Room today. We have used shaving foam to create our own towers and also enjoyed exploring the Pom poms and posting them through the holes in the big mountain. The children also enjoyed doing some painting too!

Healthy week!
Healthy week in preschool this week! We’ve been practicing brushing our teeth, we’ve tried delicious new fruits, planted some bulbs in our garden, discussed healthy foods and unhealthy foods, painted with fruit and made our own healthy eating food plates because we want to be big and strong. 💪🍉🥒
Dinosaurs
We have had a lovely day in Daisy room today. We have been super busy, starting the day off exploring some sensory gloves. The children enjoyed feeling the different textures, such as crunching the Rice Krispies, squeezing the oil and pressing their fingers into the porridge oats. Senses
Pre-school have been very busy creating some delicious food using the herbs we have grown, They recognised some of the smells and mixed the smells together to create new ones.
Making patterns
This morning in Tulip room, we have been exploring using straws and pipettes to make patterns with paint! The children enjoyed using the pipettes to mix the paint and then using the straws to move the paint around the paper! The children also enjoyed exploring different materials to make ice lollies to take home!
Worms
We have had lots of fun in Daisy room today digging for “worms!” The children really enjoyed playing with the coloured spaghetti in the soil and attempted to use the big tweezers to see how many worms they could collect at one time; although they did also enjoy using their fingers to collect worms too!… Continue reading Worms
Bugs
We have had lots of fun up in Daisy room, we had a sand filled mini beast tuff tray with tweezers. The children made different patterns in the sand with the animals and enjoyed playing hide and seek by finding all the animals with the tweezers.🐜🕸🦎
Dinosaur day
Pre school have had a great day celebrating dinosaur day We dressed in our dinosaur clothes and gave ourselves a new dinosaur inspired name. Puffer fish
Making puffer fish in Daisy room! The children enjoyed getting messy with the body loofa. We used the loofa to make the puffer fish look spiky and it was a nice texture to explore the feel on the children’s hands mixed with paint!
