We have had lots of fun in Daisy room today digging for “worms!” The children really enjoyed playing with the coloured spaghetti in the soil and attempted to use the big tweezers to see how many worms they could collect at one time; although they did also enjoy using their fingers to collect worms too! We also had a go at matching the pictures of insects. The children needed a little support at first but once they matched a few different ones, they were able to have a go independently! It was nice to hear the children naming some of the insects too as they attmepted to match them. Well done Daisy Room!
