Soft play
Daisy room have been loving our new soft play area! It has all been set up in one of our rooms upstairs so that it can be available at all times. The children really love coming into the room and using the play equipment, and it’s a great way to build on those physical skills.
Costa drive thru!
Poppy room loved developing their imagination as they explored the costa drive-thru! They all enjoyed filling and emptying as they made their own drinks and socialising with each other as they each had a turn at being the customer.
Preschool Leavers Party!
Preschool had a lovely time at their leaver’s party! A summer beach theme with hook-a-duck, walk the plank, make your own ice creams, and even a visit from a real ice cream van!
Costa Drive-Through
Poppies have been practicing their barista skills within our role play themed week today! Coffee and a cake anyone?
Preschool Butterflies!
Something very exciting happened in preschool today… We released our beautiful butterflies that we had been growing from caterpillars!
Father’s Day Tea!
The children in Daisy Room had a great time at their Father’s Day tea when all of their Dad’s came in to play! They enjoyed dressing up, playing ‘pin the tie on the Dad’ and eating some yummy food!
Dinosaur area!
Poppies loved exploring the dinosaur area! Who needs a tuff tray when you can use the floor!
School!
Preschool have now updated their role play area into a school so that the children can enjoy playing in the area, in preparation for their school journey in September.
Shadows!
Daisy room loved learning about shadows and creating different shadows as they played!
